Đơn giá bồi thường cây trồng khi thu hồi đất tại Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu từ ngày 2/6/2025. Hình minh họa
1. Lá giang (leo giàn): 48.000 đồng/m2.
2. Cẩm tú mai: 100.000 đồng/m2.
3. Cây lựu
– Cây có đường kính gốc dưới 1cm: 50.000 đồng/cây.
– Cây có đường kính gốc từ 1cm đến dưới 3cm: 300.000 đồng/cây.
– Cây có đường kính gốc từ 3cm đến dưới 5cm: 700.000 đồng/cây.
– Cây có đường kính gốc từ 5cm trở lên: 1.500.000 đồng/cây.
4. Cây nho thân gỗ
– Cây có đường kính gốc dưới 1cm: 150.000 đồng/cây.
– Cây có đường kính gốc từ 1cm đến dưới 3cm: 400.000 đồng/cây.
– Cây có đường kính gốc từ 3cm đến dưới 5cm: 800.000 đồng/cây.
– Cây có đường kính gốc từ 5cm trở lên: 1.500.000 đồng/cây.
Ngoài ra, tại Quyết định 52/2025/QĐ-UBND còn ban hành mới đơn giá bồi thường cây lâu năm (đối với cây cho thu hoạch nhiều lần) đối với 38 loại cây để thay thế cho đơn giá hiện nay tại Quyết định 33/2024/QĐ-UBND.
Đồng thời, ban hành chu kỳ kinh doanh cây lâu năm. Cụ thể như sau:
